  Crew Positions: As a Crew member, you will gain the basic understandings of the food industry. From crafting drinks, frosting donuts, or serving our customers, this position is a great starting point

  Shift Manager: As a shift manager, whether you advance or are hired into a leadership role, this position builds on the foundations of food service and guest satisfaction. Through managing staff and creating a positive atmosphere this position is vital to ensuring shifts and the store run smoothly.

Assistant General Manager: General Managers supports all aspects of restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager. 

General Manager: General Managers are responsible for the success of their individual store and crew. Through ongoing training and support, we are looking for individuals knowledgeable on the restaurant industry and those interested in supporting, training, and encouraging staff.

  District Manager: District Managers are responsible for overseeing multiple Dunkin’ locations. They must ensure smooth operations and company-wide standards are being met, and they must have extensive restaurant knowledge to best understand how to guide their managers.

  Director of Operations: Director are responsible for a wide area of Dunkin’ stores. Their main goal is to aid in training, ensure store safety, food, and brand satisfaction is met. In supporting their team, both at the store and managerial levels, our Directors play a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly across their regions.
