At Heartland Restaurant Group, we believe a business is only as strong as the community it serves. That’s why community engagement is at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to giving back comes from genuine love for the cities that have supported our success—not for show, but from the heart.
Every HRG team member is ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved. From sorting holiday gifts to serving at local food banks to donating Dunkin’ favorites to those in need, we embrace the true value of service. HRG is proud to be—and will always strive to remain—the heart of every community we serve.
Heartland Restaurant Group had the privilege of attending and supporting the 2025 U.S. Open, in Oakmont, PA. Starting out in the early morning, our dedicated HRG employees gathered dozens of donuts to bring to the hardworking grounds crew at Oakmont and volunteers.
After brewing coffee all morning long and hand-delivering our fresh donuts, HRG saw the true impact our donations can have within the community. From the heart of Pittsburgh to Ohio and West Virginia, HRG is dedicated to giving back to all.
In making small donations of donuts to large pots of fresh coffee, HRG is taking the steps to make a lasting impact across the Northeast. From a hole-in-one to a strike on the field, HRG and all of our employees are excited to see where we head next and who we help in the future!
In May of 2025, numerous Heartland Restaurant Group crew members and support center employees joined the annual Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk. The over three-mile walk around Shenley Park in Oakland, PA supports the fit to end breast cancer. In total HRG donated over a $1000 to the Komen Foundation and was invited into the VIP area where we were recognized for being a top doner.
In addition to having the opportunity to join in the monumental walk and donate to a vital fight, HRG donated dozens of donuts to the amazing volunteers helping make this event possible.
At HRG, we’re more than just a franchisee—we’re all about giving back to the communities that mean the most to us. We’re especially grateful to give back to the city where our journey began, now home to 78 of our locations. Whether joining together or stepping up to help out, we’re always finding small ways to make a difference, because at HRG, everything we do comes from the heart.
